Well-recognized
as the gorgeous woman-in-white in the Carl's Jr. hamburger ad, Alison
Armitage was also the sexy star of the hit international TV series,
Acapulco H.E.A.T. She currently co-hosts the hard-hitting Studio
M program, Wrestle Rock. Born in High Wycombe, England, just outside
London, Alison moved to Hong Kong at the age of one where she remained
for twenty years. She began swimming competitively at age four and
represented Hong Kong's national swim team. As a teen, she became
infatuated with Southern California and eventually found her way
to studying computer science at the University of San Diego. Soon,
the showbiz bug bit, and Alison made her way to Los Angeles.
Alison played
the sexy dental hygienist in the Seinfeld episode, The Jimmy. She
has also appeared in TV series' Silk Stalkings, L.A. Heat, Black
Scorpion and can be seen speaking "the Queen's English" in a recurring
role as the heroine, Ariel, in the Warner Brothers produced show,
The New Adventures of Robin Hood. Her feature work includes an appearance
as one of Jerry's former girlfriends in Jerry Maguire, and as Sylvester
Stallone's former in the Rene Harlan film, Driven. Current projects
include the Canadian film, The Hunter, starring Alison as detective
Catherine Malloy, and a starring role in Debt of Honor for which
Alison completed a three-day sniper-training course. She also trains
weekly in revolver and automatic pistol, boxing, martial arts (including
Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and Aikido) and broadsword combat. In her spare
time, Alison sails, scuba dives, snow skies and snowboards, and
works with charitable organizations such as Olive Crest, a group
that finds and matches would-be parents with adoptive children.
